Our work consists of two things: own SaaS products and customization for clients. The products are live and are developed daily. Some of the customization assignments are public and some are not. The latter are listed below without a customer name.
Each case began with one specific question, a process that became too expensive, a platform that ran against its limits, or an idea that no one knew yet whether it would work.
The phases were always the same, first getting the problem sharp, then putting something working in weeks, then building on what users are returning.

Project management for agencies and consultants
For whom?
Offices, consultants and companies with project work that want to get a grip on projects, hours, budgets and invoicing.
Problem
Projects, hours, budgets, customers and billing are often located in separate systems. An Excel file here, hours registration there, billing by hand and a separate CRM. The overview is missing, and that loses efficiency.

Problem
Bookings, availability, cleaning, payments and guest information are often distributed on separate calendars, mailboxes and platforms, resulting in double bookings, missed cleaning assignments and endless manual work.
Solution
A cross-platform SaaS solution (web, iOS and soon Android) that allows landlords to centrally manage their accommodations, bookings, guests, calendar, rates, cleaning and finance.

For whom?
Zzp’ers, freelancers, webshops and small SME teams who do their own accounting and want to spend as little time on it as possible.
Problem
The work is not in accounting itself, but in overtyping. Collecting receipts. Retrieve invoices in a mailbox. Link transactions manually. And then discover that something is missing, if the report is already coming.
Solution
An accounting package in which AI reads the receipts and invoices and prepares the booking, with a PSD2 bank link that automatically writes transactions. Under the hood full double accounting.

Driving school administration from planning to invoice
For whom?
Self-employed driving instructors and driving schools with a team, including motorcycle and trailer training in addition to regular car lessons.
Problem
Planning, teaching balance and billing are connected. At most driving schools they are in three separate systems: an agenda, an app group and a spreadsheet. Each week they sit for a few hours.
Solution
One package in which an scheduled lesson automatically unsubscribes the lesson balance, prepares the invoice and sends the reminder. Signals on the dashboard before a balance or a registration expires.

Webshop orders that automatically and correctly in the accounting package countries, including VAT rules per country. Saved twenty hours of manual work every month and eliminated duplicate entry errors in the declaration.

Internal dashboard for project planning
Realtime overview of project occupancy, availability and lead times for a service provider with thirty employees. Replaced a complex spreadsheet system and provided insight into early signals of overload.

API link between ERP and webshop
Bidirectional synchronization of stock, prices and orders between a legacy-ERP package and a modern webshop. With retry logic, error handling and clear logging so that errors are quickly visible.

Customer Portal for Maintenance
A private environment in which customers can see outstanding work vouchers, invoices and maintenance history. Less calls with “when are you coming back” and more transparency for both sides.
