What working with us looks like.

Every collaboration starts with a free conversation. You tell us what you run into, we tell you honestly or software that solves and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is: don’t build. That conversation lasts half an hour and you commit to nothing.

After that, you don’t choose a complicated contract, but a starting point. Which of the three below fits, depends on where you are: you have an idea for a software product, you want to get rid of the manual work in your company, or you already have software running better. In all cases, you pay a fixed price per phase or a fixed amount per month. approach.

01

A new software product

You have an idea for an online product and want to know if customers are waiting for it.

First version in 4–8 weeks

What you get

A first working version of your product that can handle real users: login, subscriptions, payments and the core function you’re talking about.

How it works

We’re deliberately building small and fast, and within two months, there’s something you can show customers, instead of building half a year on something unproven.

Then

If it works, then we build on what users really ask. Don’t hit it, then you’re not a year and no power left.

Including

  • Login and user roles
  • Dashboard and management environment
  • Core functionalities
  • Subscriptions or payment structure
  • Ready to go live
  • First version within 4–8 weeks
  • Documentation and transfer
  • Plan for the next steps

02

Software for your business

Your company runs on spreadsheets, loose tools or a standard package that no longer fits.

Fixed price per phase

What you get

One application that does exactly what your company needs… the spreadsheet out, the double input out, and everyone looks at the same numbers.

How it works

We start with your process rather than the technology. First, we look at how the work is done today. Then we build a first version for you to use, and improve the parts that cause friction.

Then

Most customers expand step by step: first one process, then the next. You set the pace. The code and the data are yours.

Suitable for

  • Internal dashboards
  • Customer portals

  • API couplings with external systems
  • Reporting and CI
  • Document Automation
  • Workflow and approval chains

03

Further development and maintenance

You already have software running, but too little is being done with it. Or nobody feels confident making changes to it.

Fixed amount per month

What you get

A fixed number of development hours per month, plus hosting, monitoring and updates. One point of contact, and every week visible progress.

How it works

We start with a technical check so we know what it says, then we work out the list in a fixed rhythm: first what cracks, then what grows.

Shape

We want you to stay because it works, not because it has to.

Including

  • New modules and features
  • Performance Improvement
  • Security updates
  • Monitoring and alerting
  • Hosting and backups
  • Fixed monthly capacity
  • Weekly progress update
  • Fixed contact point

Costs and scope

Which option fits your needs?

A link, a business application and a new software product each require a different approach. These examples help to estimate what we take into account in a proposal.

A clearly scoped integration

Example: Continue orders from your webshop to your accounting package.

We determine which data passes, how exceptions are handled and how you see errors. The price largely depends on the available APIs, the number of data flows and the exceptions.

Price appointment: a fixed price for the agreed phase, with test and delivery in the proposal.

A business application

Example: Replace a spreadsheet with a customer portal with status information.

User roles, data migration, screens and links determine the size. We start with one useful process and agree on which extensions to follow later.

Price appointment: a fixed price per phase, with a separate agreement on hosting and maintenance.

A SaaS product

Example: a first product version with accounts, subscriptions and one core function.

In addition to the core function, payments, rights and management count. For a defined first version, four to eight weeks is a common starting point; the final planning follows from the scope.

Price appointment: a defined first phase, then agreed development capacity per month.

How we build your quote.

You will see what we get, what you deliver, the planning and the price. We also mention hosting, maintenance, third-party licenses and the VAT treatment. We agree on additional wishes before they become part of the assignment.

Not sure where to start?

Makes sense. Your situation is never exactly one of the three. Send a few sentences about what you run into and you get a clear answer within one working day: what fits, what costs, and whether software is the solution at all.
