How much does Microsoft 365 management cost?
That depends on the number of employees and on what needs to be done. You pay Microsoft’s license fees and a fixed amount for management. You get one clear quote in advance, so no surprises afterwards. Check a quote and you know it within one working day.What is the difference between Office 365 and Microsoft 365?
Only the name. Microsoft renamed Office 365 in 2020 after Microsoft 365It’s the same service: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint in the cloud. Many people still search Office 365 management, and that’s exactly what we do.Can you migrate our e-mail without losing anything?
Yes. Mailboxes, folders, calendars and contacts are fully included, also from old email hosting, Gmail or a server. We do the migration ourselves outside of working time. Your email addresses remain the same and old mail remains.We already have Microsoft 365 licences. Do we need to transfer them to you?
You don’t have to, but you can. If Cloud Solution Provider takes over existing licenses without interruption: your environment keeps running, only the billing moves. Often that switch shows that there are too expensive or unused licenses in between, and that saves instant money.Do you also run environments that someone else has set up?
Yeah, that’s common. We start with a check: the security is good, the rights are right, the licenses fit the usage? What we find, you get to see. Then we take over the management.Is Microsoft 365 safe enough for our company?
Yes, provided it is well furnished. By default, there is more open than needed. We enable multiple verification (MFA), limit rights to what someone really needs and monitor suspicious login attempts. You can also do so more easily with the GDPR.For how many employees is this interesting?
