What is CasaMio?
CasaMio is software for managing holiday homes: bookings, calendar, guests, cleaning, rates and finances in one system. It is developed by Altena and runs live on casamio.app, in fifteen languages, for landlords throughout Europe.
One holiday home rental is possible. Two becomes exciting. Three and you lose your weekend keeping track of which calendar is right again. Because the bookings come in via Airbnb, Booking.com and your own site at the same time, and those three do not talk to each other. Until someone double booked.
CasaMio puts one calendar over it. Sync all channels via iCal, the cleaning knows when to change, the guest gets his check-in instructions automatically, and at the end of the year a file rolls out that your accountant can use.

You don’t have to choose between CasaMio and the platforms where your bookings come from. Via iCal, availability is synchronised with among others Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Holidu, Belvilla and HomeAway. If you book someone somewhere, the date is blocked everywhere.
